<br /> b) Number of 2° caliper trees on the approved Street Tree Plan
<br /> multiplied by $400.00.
<br /> Trees which fall during the establishment period and are replaced
<br /> will extend the establishment period an additional three years from the
<br /> date of the replanting for those trees.
