' ::: • <br /> ,] <br /> [{e3](b) Felling of trees that are declared nuisances by the city <br /> under section 6.010 of this code; <br /> [{d1](c) Felling of trees that are in violation of section 7.640 of <br /> this code;] <br /> [{e}](d) Any felling necessary to install or maintain improvements <br /> such as streets and sewers within publicly owned and accepted rights -of -way <br /> or utility easements[;]. <br /> [ - _ mw: . - - - -- <br /> Section 4. Subsection (3) of Section 6.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is amended <br /> to provide: <br /> 6.990 Penalties - Specific. <br /> (3) Violation of section [6.305 to and including section 6.310] 6.315 is <br /> punishable by a fine of a minimum of $100.00 to a maximum of $4,000.09/for each tree <br /> removed, or confinement in jail not to exceed 100 days, or both fine and imprisonment. <br /> Ordinance - 10 10/31/97 <br />
