necessary legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of section [s 6.305 and 6.310] 6.315 <br /> of this code. <br /> Section 5. Section 7.990 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended, and a new <br /> Section 7.995 added thereto, to provide: <br /> 7.990 Penalties - [Specific] General. Violation of any section in this chapter is <br /> punishable by fine not to exceed $500.00. <br /> 7.995 Penalties - Specific. <br /> (1) Violation of section 7.665 to and including section 7.670 is punishable <br /> by a fine of a minimum of $100.00 to a maximum of $4,000.000 for each tree removed, or <br /> confinement in jail not to exceed 100 :. days, or both fine and imprisonment.
