They are identical, except for the addition of the landing on Dillard used to remove the Togs and avoid the "wet" area. This makes sense in one context. (If you know your going to put a road in a specific location in the future, make sure your tree removal (haul road) is limited to this area to avoid removing trees that may be saved for the homeowner in other areas.) The other context is that the contractor (perhaps others) likely looked at this in the light that since these trees (in the PUD proposed road r /w) are going to come out anyway, why not take them all out now? Or at least it could covey a message that there wasn't a need to be overly careful. The error to this type of thinking is: 1.
