Based on the criteria con- <br /> tained in Section 6.320 of the Code, we grant the permit to remove the dis- <br /> eased and dangerous deciduous trees, and deny the permit to cut and remove <br /> the healthy Douglas Fir trees. The healthy Douglas Fir trees are not pro- <br /> posed for removal due to dangerous conditions, because removal is necessary <br /> to permit construction of improvements, or because removal otherwise is nec- <br /> essary to utilize the property in a reasonable manner.
