. <br /> (d) The felling of trees that are nuisances under Section 6.010 of the <br /> Eugene Code, 1971; <br /> (e) The felling of trees that are in violation of Section 7.640 of the Eugene <br /> Code, 1971; or <br /> (f) Any felling necessary to install or maintain improvements such as <br /> streets and sewers within publicly owned and accepted rights -of -way or utility <br /> easements. <br /> This Rule shall be effective for a period of 180 days from the date of its adoption as <br /> indicated below, unless prior thereto it is replaced by a permanent rule adopted pursuant <br /> to the provisions of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> Dated and effective this lz day of October, 1993. <br /> A d e 411611111e <br /> Mi •#r D.
