Two additional specific needs were identified. First, the development of the <br /> Standard Operational Policies (S.O.P.) for Tree Operations. Second, the <br /> development of clear designations of authority between the various players. <br /> While time didn't allow extended discussions a follow -up meeting is scheduled <br /> for Monday March 15, 1993 from 8:00 to 10:00 in the small conference room. <br /> In anticipation of the March 15th meeting, Jan Staszewski agreed to immedi- <br /> ately supply copies of the S.O. P. outline he is currently working on. The <br /> group held a small brainstorming session to identify issues to think about <br /> over the next week and to be ready to discuss. <br /> 1.
