Amend Design Standards for Eugene Streets, Sidewalks, Bikeways and Accessways to <br /> permit the use of a modified rolled curb in residential street construction. <br /> 8. Amend Design Standards for Eugene Streets. Sidewalks, Bikeways and Accessways to <br /> include allowance for exceptions to street and sidewalk standards to minimize cut and <br /> fill slopes and impacts on other natural features. <br /> • <br />
