All waste material shall <br /> be removed from required planting areas prior to the ap <br /> of topsoil. <br /> (a) Inspection may be made by the Director prior to p1_nting to <br /> verify proper rough grade and installation of i rigation <br /> systems. <br /> (b) Plant materials and soil preparation may be inspec'ed prior <br /> to or in conjunction with the occupancy inspection :o ensure <br /> that placement, quantity, size and variety confor to the <br /> approved Planting Plan and the requirements of this Article. <br /> Nursery tags identifying variety and species shall remain on <br /> plant specimens until the Final Building Inspectio by the <br /> Building Official or the issuance of a Certif sate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> 31.160 SITE PLAN REVIEW - SCREENING AND LIGHTING STANDARDS <br /> (1) Unless otherwise specified in this Code, screening - hall be <br /> required: <br /> (a) Where commercial and industrial districts abut re- .dential <br /> districts and no approved screening exists. <br /> (b) For outdoor mechanical devices and minor and maj. public <br /> facilities. <br /> (c) For outdoor storage yards and areas. <br /> (d) For trash receptacles. <br /> (2) Screening shall be vegetative, earthern and /or structu al and <br /> shall be designed to minimize visual and audible incompati,le uses <br /> from adjacent properties.
