I and <br /> others have viewed the tape of the May 28, 1997 city council work <br /> session and feel that there are many severe flaws and lapses that <br /> occurred in that meeting. <br /> Lastly, since May 26, 1997 I have tried to arrange a meeting with <br /> the city manager to discuss these issues.
