Attached to each draft notice is the matrix/calculation sheet that we used <br /> to try to determine the penalty amount. As you will see, the calculation resulted in a penalty <br /> of $140.00 per tree, or in the case of Tamara Breach, $1,400.00, and in the case of Titus, <br /> $420.00. Please review carefully the calculation sheet to determine whether certain factors <br /> should be adjusted.
