Date: 07/29/93
. From: John er CEWMJJW - RIS1
To: Pa orthup CEPDPJN - RIS1
Subject: C earing off Suncrest (Swenson complaint)
I discussed this issue with Bob Hammitt last week and he wanted Chris
Anderson to get involved because of Nancy's memo and the request was
somewhat ambiguious. I faxed a copy of Nancy's memo to Chris and spoke with
her briefly earlier this week. I was left with the impression that Chris
would respond to Nancy's memo since it appeared that the issue was not any-
thing that PW- Maint. could act on. Trees had been removed "some time ago ".
Development plans would need to be checked out with Planning and Development
Dept. Grubbing and any subsequent surface erosion from non developed property
is most likely just a "civil" issue between two private property owners. To
get any erosion control recommendations, Mr. Swenson would need to contact a
private consultant. - jweber
