I'm attaching some work that John Weber and I did last week on this issue which was the result <br /> of some questions from Kevin which was later resolved verbally. I will forward the attachment in both <br /> WordPerfect and RFT format. Let me know if anything further is needed and please forward me a copy of the <br /> final draft when it is completed.
