Also received was your check <br />(Northwest Land Partners check number 11966) in the amount of $4,620.00 <br />representing the cost for 14 trees that need to be replaced in those phases. <br />The City will plant, establish and take over all responsibilities for these 14 <br />trees. Specifically, this agreement applies to Phase 1 (reference Contract <br />Number 97- 00430; amount bonded -- $30,000.00, Bond Number CBB 9626); <br />Phase 2 (reference Contract Number 98- 00431; amount bonded -- <br />$32,000.00, Bond Number C13131 1865); Phase 3 (reference Contract Number <br />99 -0410; amount bonded: -- $48,000.00, Bond Number CBB15149); and <br />Phase 4 (reference Contract Number00- 00406; amount bonded -- $62,000.00, <br />Bond Number 31876). <br />With receipt of your letter and check, all obligations and requirements for the <br />above four contracts have been met. The City releases any and all claims for <br />the bonds listed that were provided for these contracts. <br />Please contact me if you have any further questions.
