EXHIBIT C <br /> NOTICE TO BE INCLUDED IN CC &Rs <br /> THE FOLLOWING IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CC &Rs FOR EACH LOT WITHIN THE <br /> DEVELOPMENT IF THE DEVELOPER HAS ENTERED INTO A STREET TREE PLANTING <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY IN WHICH THE CITY AGREES TO PROVIDE AND <br /> PLANT ALL STREET TREES. <br /> • <br /> • The City of Eugene Public Works Maintenance Division is responsible for providing and <br /> planting street trees within this development. <br /> • The City only plants new street trees during the trees dormant period between the months <br /> of November through March. <br /> • To get on the list for the City's next planting season, the property owner must contact the <br /> office of the Urban Forester at 682 -4800. <br /> • No trees will be planted until after home or building construction, driveways, sidewalks, <br /> and rough landscaping is completed. <br /> • The property owner may request the planting of any species of tree included in the City's <br /> "Approved Street Tree Species list." which will meet the planting standards contained <br /> within City of Eugene Administrative Rule R- 7.280. Selection may be limited by <br /> availability. <br /> • It is recommended that the landscaping design within the parking strip (planting strip) <br /> allow for future automated irrigation.
