In accepting ownership of this <br /> property, the buyer accepts ownership and full responsibility for said pole. <br /> Buyer and any subsequent owner, does hereby releases and agrees to hold EWEB harmless and <br /> indemnify EWEB from any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, lawsuits, judgments or other <br /> liability, including attorney fees and any personal injury or property damages. <br /> Buyer is aware that the pole has been treated with preservatives and other chemicals that are <br /> subject to control of the Environmental Protection Agency and acknowledges that the pole may <br /> contain chemicals and materials that are potentially hazardous to persons or things that may <br /> come into contact with the pole.
