This will
help Eric track this portion of our street vacation funding easier.
Tammy —fyi that Eric has changed his mind about an activity code to track the money....
Lacey
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent: Tuesday, June 10, 2014 3:33 PM
To: JOHNSON Eric P
Subject: ped bridge + Warren Street funding
Eric,
I'm following up with an email primarily for my own documentation!
1 just confirmed with Tammy.—the pedestrian bridge funding ($125K) + Warren Street funding ($75K) came to PWM
from the street vacation money and went into 131 -9472 -61739 in SB1. There is no activity code attached to this
funding....! will attach activity code 216205 to the budget for ped bridge so we track this easier.
Tammy indicated that the ROW constraints that are typical within the 131 fund are not necessary to apply to the street
vacation funding. So ... you can charge pedestrian bridge work that is outside of the ROW to the 131 fund because it is a
part of the street vacation funding. I would recommend you use the activity code 216205 to track your ped bridge work
within 131.
Lacey Risdal, x4841
Public Works
