• <br /> ATTACHMENT S <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DISCLOSING <br /> FEDERAL FUNDING IN PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The recipient agrees that, when issuing statements, press releases, <br /> requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents or <br /> announcements describing this project, the recipient will state clearly: <br /> 1) the dollar amount of federal funds for the project; <br /> 2) the percentage of the total cost of the project that will be <br /> financed with federal funds; and <br /> 3) the percentage and dollar amount of the total cost of the <br /> project that will be financed by nongovernmental sources. <br /> Recipients must comply with these conditions under Public Law 105 - <br /> 78, Sec. 508. <br /> (03/98) <br />
