Grantees should obtain a copy of the OMB Circular A -133 <br /> Compliance supplement. This supplement will be instructive to both grantees <br /> and their auditors. Appendix III of the supplement provides a list of Federal <br /> Agency Contacts for A -133 Audits, including addresses, phone numbers, fax <br /> numbers, and e -mail addresses for technical assistance. <br /> If the U.S. Department of Education is the cognizant agency, grantees should <br /> contact the Non - Federal Audit Team in the Depai tment's Office of Inspector <br /> General, at the address, phone, or fax number provided in page 3 of this <br /> attachment. <br /> Grantees can obtain information on single audits from: <br /> (1) The OMB Publications Service, (202) 395 -7332.
