GUIDANCE ON PREPARING AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR THE FUND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION <br /> 84.215K— Earmarked Awards <br /> Each application should include the following: <br /> • The title page form (ED -424). <br /> Please ensure that this form has been: <br /> (1) completed according to the instructions which are attached to the form; <br /> and <br /> (2) signed and dated by an authorized official of your organization. <br /> • A table of contents. <br /> • A one -page abstract (double- spaced) describing the project. Please include the name <br /> of your organization and the name of the project on the abstract. <br /> • A narrative. <br /> The narrative should be double- spaced and it must address the "selection criteria" <br /> which are enclosed with this letter. Please number the pages.
