Its principal <br /> purpose is to maintain the memorial flagpole and plaza, and to replace its flags as needed. Prior to <br /> expending grant funds for any specific purpose, the City must contact OCF for approval. Please contact <br /> Jeff Anderson, Program Officer, regarding proposed expenditures and any other questions. <br /> PRESIDENT The Board of Directors of The Oregon Community Foundation approved this grant January 15, 2003, <br /> Gregory A. Chaille and it is important that no individuals (including any donors to the fund, any advisors of the fund, or any <br /> staff of the Foundation) receive any personal benefits or services for this grant that are not otherwise <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS extended to the general public without cost. Your organization will be required to keep full and adequate <br /> Chair records concerning receipts and expenditures relating to the use of the grant.
