DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT /MODIFICATION (attach additional pages if needed) <br /> The purpose of this modification is to decrease the funding maximum in the original Task Order <br /> (HEF031M01) to reflect the work implemented during the time frame designated. The difference in the <br /> funds will be de- obligated in this modified Task Order process and re- obligated in a simple contract. <br /> This is being done as the Assistance Agreement was not complete in time to capture when the work <br /> needed to be done, which was prior to the effective date of Assistance Agreement No. HAA031M00. <br /> Additional funds will NOT be obligated by this Task Order modification. <br /> The total amount of funds available under this Task Order is reduced by $4,812, from $13,750 to $8,938. <br /> Except as provided hewn. all terms and ConditiOns of the document referenced In Item 7A or 8A above, as heretofore changed, remain unchanged and In full force and effect. <br /> 11.
