Under this contract, LCOG assisted <br /> the local project sponsors (City of Eugene, City of Springfield, and Lane County) by providing <br /> support and coordination services during for the Corps Metropolitan Waterways Restoration <br /> Study - Feasibility Phase during FY 2004 (July 1, 2003 — June 30, 2004). This pooled contract <br /> included $7,500 from the City of Eugene $2,500 from the City of Springfield. This contract is <br /> now closed with the expiration of the contract date and expenditure of the pooled funds. I will <br /> be in touch regarding the creation of a similar pooled project support contract for FY 05. <br /> These expenditures should be recorded as a component of the local project match if this has not <br /> already been done. Organized and Held Project Meetings <br /> • Coordinated and set agendas for Study Management Team meetings (7 meetings) <br /> • Participated in Study Management Team meetings <br /> • Coordinated and attended Executive Team meeting (March 9, 2004) <br /> • Provided meeting facility <br /> II. General Technical Support <br /> • Updated maps and graphics <br /> • Assisted development of the Federal Cost Sharing Agreement (FCSA) <br /> • Attended City Council meetings related to FCSA <br /> • Coordinated signing of project FCSA and IGA <br /> • Developed and maintained project internal web page <br /> • Ongoing coordination with Corps and local partner staff <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in this endeavor. <br />
