(a) Integration. This Agreement constitutes the full and fmal expression of the parties and supercedes all prior oral and written negotiations and agreements between the parties. (b) Survival. All of the terms and provisions of this Agreement relating to indemnity, to the extent not inconsistent with the documents executed upon the closing of the land exchange contemplated by this Agreement, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. (c) Assignment. This Agreement shall not be assignable, in whole or in part, by either party. Section 8 Interpretation. The covenants, conditions and terms of this Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto; provided, however, that nothing contained in this paragraph shall alter the restrictions hereinabove contained relating to assignment.
