I will send you a copy of the entire packet of <br /> materials (including the cover letter and SF 270) that I mail to BLM, plus a project expense <br /> report that shows all the qualifying reimbursable expenses. Here are the details on these draw <br /> downs. <br /> 1. Draw down $36,869.14 for BLM Task Order HAF061 M 10. Funds from this task order are being <br /> used to pay for the Restoration Ecologist position which provides support for BLM restoration <br /> projects. All charges to this task order used account code 632 - 9630- 5xxxx- 217006. For this <br /> drawdown, you can use the VRS number 001 056999. This is the final drawdown for this task <br /> order and it may be closed. <br /> 2. Drawdown $11,030.95 for Task Order HAF071 M 17. This task order is also being used to pay <br /> for the Restoration Ecologist position. All charges to this task order used account code 632 - <br /> 9630-5xxxx- 217006. For this drawdown, you can use the VRS number 001 059130. <br /> After this drawdown, there will be a balance of $98,969.05 remaining on this task order. We will <br /> do another draw down at the end of the field season in October. <br /> Drawdown $12,395.72 for Task Order HAFO7M15 (City of Eugene Contract 2007 - 05412). This <br /> ask order is used to support the West Eugene Wetlands plant material program. All charges to <br /> this account used GJN 100005. For this drawdown, you can use the VRS number 002 057445. <br /> This is the final drawdown for this task order and it may also be closed. <br /> Please let me know when this money has been received by the City.
