Most employees hired after January 1, 2004, are <br /> enrolled in the OPSRP system. The rates listed below are used by the system to calculate benefits for <br /> regular part-time and full -time employees. The rates below include the 6% pickup on all retirement system <br /> eligible employees, as well as the City's 5.5% pension bond payment.
