Market to more of the private side. <br /> 26. Budget problems — cut out all together. <br /> RESPONSE <br /> I suggest that all the above be packaged and forwarded to Division Managers as input <br /> along with # 15 and #18 below <br /> 27. Suspend safety and training day money. <br /> This event is changing in scope and importance. It will become focused on <br /> emergency training and preparedness.
