Due to the risk of explosion and potential damage to the <br /> vehicle's electrical system, currently trained Fleet personnel remain the service <br /> provider for this work activity. <br /> 27. City wide effort to plan meetings so employees can carpool, bus, or alternate <br /> means. <br /> Currently car pooling and pre - planning for meetings to minimize vehicle usage is <br /> done at the work team level. Teams should continue to coordinate vehicle trips to <br /> maximize the benefit of ridesharing, and other means to address this issue. <br /> 28. Use phone conferencing instead of driving to meeting. <br /> Phone conferencing is currently being used for a portion of scheduled City meetings. <br /> A continued emphasis on this option should be considered then planning and <br /> scheduling future meetings. <br /> 29. Build central offices to house all of City. <br /> A centralized facility has been discussed at the council level of the organization. <br /> Financial constraints, siting limitations and operational considerations have been <br /> part of the discussion with this issue.
