Utility Permits & Inspections <br />Carla is a long- distance smiler. She is consistently running <br />smile -a -thons that inspire us all to go the extra mile. She <br />sets the example by continually looking for ways to help <br />her coworkers -both in an out of her work unit; serving on <br />division -wide committees, and energetically jumping in on <br />special projects. If she doesn't have the background, she's <br />always willing to learn. <br />In addition, as the Inflow and Infiltration investigations <br />project manager, Carla is responsible for coordinating <br />investigations and doing enforcement.
