He has <br />an extensive background team building with parks organizations around the <br />country. For 13 years, he was the general manager and national training team <br />captain for the northwest region of U.S. Trails. He currently provides training <br />ranging from customer service to leadership for Lane County, the Pacific <br />Northwest Administrator's Academy at the University of Oregon and Oregon <br />State Parks. <br />
