Develop gift catalogs for key parks, recreation, <br />and open space facilities and programs. <br />H -3. Consider voter - approved initiatives, such as bonds and serial <br />levies, to finance improvements. <br />H -4. Maintain and enhance general fund support of parks, <br />recreation programs, and maintenance. <br />H -5. Periodically evaluate the City's park System Development <br />Charges (SDCs) to ensure that the rates are providing <br />adequate funding to enhance the park system capacity as <br />the City grows. <br />H-6. Strive to reduce dependency on short-term serial levies and to <br />increase the long -term stability of recreation program <br />financing. <br />H -7. Consider more revenue - generating programs to increase <br />recreation program funding and provide more subsidized <br />program services. <br />H -8.
