The meeting will be in the Sunstone Room, on the 3rd floor of the Library, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided (I'll provide more details on lunch at a later date). I've attached the agenda for this meeting, plus the "Strategies" chapter from the PROS Comprehensive Plan. I am sending this out several weeks in advance because there is an important pre- meeting assignment related to the PROS Comprehensive Plan. The assignment is to review the entire "strategies" chapter. After reviewing all the strategies, identify what you believe should be the top 10 priorities for the POS Division for the next five years (1 = highest priority, 10 =lowest priority). Submit your top 10 strategies to Eric via email by WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13th, in ranked order. You don't need to write the entire strategy; rather, you can submit the strategy by its letter- number combination as indicated in the Plan (e.g., D -1).
