To appeal this decision you must appear at Municipal Court at 9:00 a.m. on (month), (day), (year). (The next Tuesday or Friday, whichever comes first, except that decisions issued after noon on Monday will be set for the following Friday, and decisions issued after noon on Thursday will be set for the following Tuesday.) Municipal Court is located in the Eugene City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Room 104, Eugene, Oregon. If you want to appeal this decision you need to contact the Eugene Municipal Court at 682 -5011 by 1 p.m. the day before your scheduled hearing (listed above). If you appear at your hearing date without calling first, your hearing may be set over one week. If you do not call and do not appear at the above specified hearing date, the Division Director's decision will become final on the day scheduled for your hearing. If you call and appear at your scheduled hearing date the Municipal Court judge may affirm, modify or reverse the Division Director's decision.
