At this time, Mr. Martin may enter
into City of Eugene parks, open spaces or facilities.
It would be advisable for Mr. Martin to retain a copy of this letter on his person for
a short time, until Eugene Police Department personnel are made aware of this
overturned decision. A copy for Mr. Martin's use is enclosed.
Should you or Mr. Martin have any questions or concerns regarding this issue, do
not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Johnny R Medlin, Director
City of Eugene, Parks and Open Space
cc: EPD Officer Stutesman
