Please read through the attached draft decision to make sure that it accurately <br />reflects your desire. The last sentence of the decision states: "Based on the testimony provided at the appeal <br />hearing and the stated basis for the Notice, I hereby MODIFY the scope of the Notice to prohibit Ms. Bartow <br />from entering or using the Park Blocks until May 25, 2012." I have confirmed with Glenn that the proposed <br />modification is fine. <br />It is my understanding that Clara will take the attached document (along with any changes that you would like <br />made) and finalize it for your signature (and, if needed, make the necessary formatting changes so that it is <br />consistent with other appeal decisions you have issued).
