ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ACTS PROHIBITED AT NIGHT AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 4.680 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 . Subsection (2) of Section 4.680 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br />4.680 Acts Prohibited at Night <br />(2) Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. of one day and 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding day, no person <br />shall be in a city park unless driving through the park on lawful business or authorized to be in the park <br />by the City Manager or the manager's designee. <br />Section 2 .
