AMENDMENT NO. TWO TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2008 - 01011 <br />This Amendment is made to the Operation of Laurelwood Golf Course Contract dated <br />10/1/2007, between the City of Eugene (City) and Market Properties, LLC (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />7.1 Contractor shall submit monthly revenue reports to the City by the 10"' of each month <br />for the previous month's business records. Contractor shall also submit quarterly profit <br />.and loss statements by the I of each month of the month following the previous <br />quarter. For example, quarter ending in March would be due on May 10. <br />19. Irrigation. City shall provide consultation to Superintendent employed by Contractor <br />and as described in Exhibit B. City shall contribute to the repair of system in an amount <br />not to exceed $15,000 as funds are available. Contractor shall negotiate payment terms <br />of Net 30 for all work that shall be reimbursed by the City. Contractor shall then invoice <br />the City for this work and City shall make payment to the Contractor within 10 days of <br />receipt of this invoice. <br />24.
