AMENDMENT NO. ONE TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2008 -01014 <br />This Amendment is made to the Contract for Operation of Laurelwood Golf Course dated <br />October 1 2007, between the City of Eugene (City) and Market Properties, LLC (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the referenced above as follows: <br />The City of Eugene grees to reimburse Market Properties for the following Items: (as indicated <br />in attached invoice 5). <br />1. Overhead door on back of shop building <br />2. Excavating and placing rock in areas -in preparation for concrete.slabs <br />3. Concrete. Slabs, including cost of concrete and pumping concreteto slabs <br />4. Additional rock and excavating in maintenance yard <br />S.
