Contractor is engaged in the business of Operating Laurelwood Golf Course. <br />(City) <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the Operation of a City facility as <br />described in this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such operation on <br />the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The contract described herein was awarded pursuant to the City's Request for <br />Proposal 2007200090. <br />AGREEMENT <br />1.
