Contractor is engaged in the business of Operating Laurelwood Golf Course. <br />(City) <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the Operation of a City facility as <br />described in this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such operation on <br />the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The contract described herein was awarded pursuant to the City's Request for <br />Proposal 2007200090. <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Incorporation of Exhibits; Definitions; Contractor's Representations and <br />Warranties. <br />1.1. Exhibits. The contract between the parties (the "Contract ") includes and <br />. incorporates into this document (this "Agreement") all of the following: <br />1.1.1 Exhibit A summarizes certain federal, state and municipal laws that <br />apply to government contracts.
