The plans are found to be acceptable <br />to our staff. The cost estimate for the Phase 1 development is seen as <br />reasonable, and therefore found to satisfy the credit expectation for the <br />parks portion of the Systems Development Charge. <br />We appreciate your creativity in helping establish a new park in Eugene. We <br />also look forward to a time when the City's maintenance ability will allow it <br />to be fully completed and maintained as we all wish.
