<br />PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT DEED
<br />Eugene School District No. 4J, Grantor and the City of Eugene, an Oregon municipal corporation, Grantee are
<br />owners of 2 adjoining units of land, to be called Units 1 and 2 In this Property Line Adjustment Deed. Eugene School
<br />District No. 4J (Unit 1) and the City of Eugene, an Oregon municipal corporation (Unit 2), are setting an adjusted
<br />property line between Unit 1 and Unit 2 to comply with Lane County Land Use Regulations and the provisions of
<br />O.R.S. 92.190(4). The purpose is to convey a portion of Unit 1, Grantor property to Unit 2, Grantee property.
<br />The true consideration for this conveyance is other than monetary, which comprises to whole consideration.
<br />1. The description of Unit 1 prior to the property line adjustment:
<br />Unit 2 of a Property Line Adjustment Deed recorded May 27, 2003 on Document No. 2003 - 047985, Official
<br />Records of Lane County, Oregon.
<br />Following this Property Line Adjustment, the description of Unit 1 will be as follows:
<br />An area of land in the Southeast % of Section 36, Township 17 South, Range 4 West, Willamette Meridian, being a
<br />portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Park -aire, as platted and recorded in Book 23, Page 8, Lane County, Oregon Plat
<br />Records and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a 518 inch rebar set in County Survey File No. 26250, marking the Northeast comer of Lot 1, Park -sire,
<br />as recorded and platted in Book 23, Page 8, Lane County, Oregon Plat Records; thence along the East line of Lot 1,
<br />Park -afire and also along the westeryy boundary of the Owen Bailey Subdivision, Book 18, Page 25, Lane County,
<br />Oregon Plat Records and a portion of the westerly boundary of the Harmal Plat, Book 30, Page 23, Lane County,
<br />Oregon Plat Records, South 0 °13'02" East a distance of 410.11 feet to a 518 inch rebar marking the Southeast corner
<br />of Lot 1; thence along the East line of Lot 2, Park -aire and continuing along the westerly boundary of Harmal Plat,
<br />South 0 1 13'02" East a distance of 282.25 feet; thence leaving the East line of Lot 2, Park -afire and also a portion of
<br />the westerly boundary of the Harmal Plat, West a distance of 525.00 feet; thence North a distance of 301.32 feet;
<br />thence North 70 °00'00" East a distance of 79.48 feet; thence North a distance of 364.61 feet to the North line of Lot
<br />1, Park acre; thence along. the North line of Lot 1, South 89 °54'07" East a distance of 447.69 feet to the POINT of
