ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21 -01 -09 <br />of the <br />City Manager <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Designating and/or Affirming City Department <br />and Division Managers and Repealing <br />Administrative Order No. 21- 01 -06. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 1976, the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to appoint <br />and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, as deemed <br />necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all ordinances of the <br />City. <br />B. I previously issuedAdministrative Order No. 21-01-05 affirming the reorganization <br />of City Departments effective January 1, 2001 and Administrative Order No. 21 -01 -06 Designating <br />and/or Affirming Department and Division Managers in conformity with that Order. Subsequent <br />to adoption of those orders errors in department listings were noted, and Administrative Order No. <br />21 -01 -08 was issued correctly setting forth the reorganization of City Departments and repealing <br />Administrative OrderNo. 21 -01 -05 and any other orders thatwere in conflict. Administrative Order <br />No. 21 -01 -06 should also be repealed to correct errors in some listings as reflected herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THAT: <br />THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS <br />1. Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, the following are hereby <br />designated and/or ratified as the City of Eugene Department and Division Managers, effective <br />January 1, 2001: <br />Central Services - James R. Carlson, Assistant City Manager <br />City Manager's Office - Mary F. Walston, Division Manager <br />Facility Management - Glen L. Svendsen, Division Manager <br />Information Services - Randy C. Kolb, Division Manager <br />Finance and Court Services Department - <br />Financial Services - Dee Ann Hardt, Division Manager <br />Municipal Court - Marilyn D. Nelson, Division Manager <br />Human Resources & Risk Services Department - Lauren Chouinard, Executive Manager <br />Human Resource Services - Helen K.
