AMENDED NOTICE OF INCREASE IN SPECIAL EVENT PARKING. FEES <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.040 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, on 2 2002, the City Manager of the City of Eugene issued <br />amended Administrative Oider No. 58 -02 -23 adopting a revised Parking Fee Schedule and <br />Regulations. The revisions amended the charge for special event parking for events taking place at <br />non -City facilities to $10.00, and for events taking place at City facilities to $5.00, ratified and <br />affirmed the unamended rates and regulations, and repealed Administrative Order No. 53- 00-06. <br />The above fee increases have been determined to be necessary after consideration of the <br />applicable criteria of Subsection 5.055(n)6. and Subsection 5.285(7) of the Eugene Code, 1971, and <br />will become effective at 12:0I a.m. on 21 2002. <br />Amended Administrative Order No. 58- 02 -23, with the Parking Fee Schedule and <br />Regulations attached is available for review at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl <br />Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br />Any person aggrieved by this increase in the fees as noted above may file awritten notice of <br />appeal with the City Manager in the manner provided in Section 5.045 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />within 30 days of the date of posting indicated below. The notice of appeal shall be accompanied <br />by the appeal fee established by the City Manager pursuant to Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971. <br />James R.
