Can you check if the GJN that Facilities used was ever changed from 011 to 532? Also,
if you see if the architect invoices were charged straight to 532, or to 011? If you see the PSF chgs from the beginning of
the project & the architect invoices in 532, then I would assume nothing was charged to 011.

_____________________________________________
From: SMITH Tammy D
Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2014 9:34 AM
To: RISDAL Lacey L
Subject: RE: april 30 snapshot

Lacey,
Did you have an activity code for the planning of the Building 2 roof repair, that I can use or check? Since I cannot use a
9x project number in Fund 011.

Thank you,

Tammy Smith, x5834

_____________________________________________
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2014 9:28 AM
To: SMITH Tammy D
Subject: april 30 snapshot

Tammy,
Julie and I worked on the capital rollover. Here are our notes. We entered our changes & notes onto the tabs for each
fund, rather than summary worksheet. Hopefully this is O.K. It was easier for us to look at a fund at a time. Julie is
submitting the AJE & BJE that corrects some of the issues today. The tabs that are colored purple are the tabs that we
made changes on. Please call me if you have any questions.

Bldg 2 roof is done. Here is how the funds should be paying for the roof. The $25K to 011 will be put to 011-9610-6x.
the Site renovation project for the capital funding is 975063. Let me know if you Julie to rap these fixes into our
journals, but I thought you would want to do them since this affects 341/531/532. Just let me know if you want us to do
this! Thank you for your help!

I don’t think the actual project came in at the project budget of $250K, so you can reduce each fund’s share by an equal
amount. Also, not sure if the 011-96 budget was already hit with the planning costs…

1
