It is on the East side of Lincoln. <br /> Also re street sweepers, the storm drain at 15 and Washington is clogged. The grade of the grate is <br /> below the adjacent AC so when the sweepers come down the street, much of the silt and leaves are <br /> deposited at the drain in a hard pack that I don't think the curb water will flush out.
