The session runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Eugene Public Library Bascom-Tykeson Room, <br />100 W. 10 Avenue <br />th <br />City staff will facilitate discussions on the operation and comfort of 11, 12, and 13 <br />ththth <br />avenues for people who ride bikes between campus and downtown.
