Sanipac is contracted to pick up, haul, and recycle bagged leaves for residents within the city <br />limits. Leaves must be put in medium-sized bags that contain only leaves. The bags should be <br />placed curbside, not in the street, by 8 am Monday of the scheduled collection in that area. <br />Landscaping, yard maintenance companies and citizens are not allowed to blow or rake leaves into <br />the streets. <br />The first round leaf collection in Springfield starts Dec. 2 west of 28 Street then Dec. 9 east <br />th <br />of 28 street.
